Prudential Texas Properties is partnering with Career WebSchool Texas to offer online real estate courses. Career WebSchool Texas offers quality state-approved courses that provide a fast and convenient way to satisfy licensing education requirements.

To be eligible to apply for a real estate salesperson license, you:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be a citizen of the United States or a lawfully admitted alien
  • Must be a legal resident of Texas
  • Must furnish the Commission satisfactory evidence of successfully completing 150 hours of Core education *
