Prudential Texas Properties believes in education. We have divided our training program into five levels. This is the most comprehensive training in the area. We would love to have you visit one of our courses and see how real estate training is meant to be.

Phase 1: Quick Start
This is an ongoing self study, manager guided program that will walk you thorough the weekly activities you will need to accomplish to become successful VERY QUICKLY. A Must for any new agent.
Phase 2: Boot Camp
Our Boot Camp provides agents with a comprehensive orientation to real estate sales, and includes classes on real estate sales, database management, telephone techniques, personal marketing, negotiation skills, and much more.
Phase 3: FastTrack
This is a 6-week, 2 hours a week, Performance Coaching Program for agents who have completed Boot Camp. It is a giant leap into the advanced studies of Real Estate Sales. We go through Farming, For-Sale-By-Owners, Expired Listings, Referrals, Personal Marketing, Database Management and Effectively Marketing Your Listings.
Phase 4: Technology
At Prudential Texas Properties we offer an array of Technology Courses revolving around our Intranet Offerings; The WebTop and PREA Center. We offer a Technology Course every week to help our agents stay on top of the ever changing business.
Phase 5: National
Agents have access to Annual Nationally Known Speakers, Online Educational Courses, Prudential University which brings National Trainers to our Area for courses such as Fine Homes International, Buyer Loyalty and Negotiate with the Masters.
