For our buyers, we are in the market daily, keeping up with new inventory - our own, as well as that of competing offices. This allows us to work more efficiently for our buyers, as we truly have seen most of what is available. We maximize our buyers time and show those properties most likely to meet the buyers needs...having weeded out what we know based on our own viewings, will not appeal to the specific buyers' needs.
