Originally licensed as a sales associate with this company in 1979. During my career, I have been actively involved in every aspect of the residential real estate business. From successful sales associate, to directing the operations of a branch office, I have been on both sides of the business and love the entire process.
After graduating from Baylor University with a major in elementary education and a minor in sociology, I taught second grade in the Dallas area for nine years. While teaching I earned an All Levels Librarians Certificate in graduate school.
My education background has transferred to my real estate career. In 1986, I was promoted to Director of Marketing and Training for the entire company. I was responsible for training every newly licensed sales associate who joined the company and was in charge of the entire marketing program.
In 1992, I was promoted to branch manager of the Colleyville office. Within three years I built it to the number-one branch office in the Western Region of the United Sates for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates for closed gross commission income.
My personal philosophy about business is apparent from the minute you walk into the front door of the Colleyville office. You immediately sense the positive, upbeat attitude. The office has a strong feeling of family and a very caring attitude for all who belong to the team.
