But then they weren't going to close by the end of July (even though we had agreed to it in a contract amendment). Then you took charge again, and pressed them into getting the deal done by Aurgust 1, saving us the prepaid interest form our FHA loan. You have been so great to work with, we would recommend you to anyone buying or selling a home. Again, we cannot thank you enough for getting us through this stressful time.
